I want to be the CEO of APMP UK. How do I get that role?
Succession planning is critical for all roles on the APMP UK chapter board, but even more so for the CEO role given the commitment we ask. You serve as the Deputy CEO for a year before becoming the CEO, so you can learn the ropes. The CEO role needs a good understanding of the various activities and functions of the chapter, so we open the Deputy CEO role up to any APMP UK chapter board member that has served for at least one year. This happens as part of an open application process. The current CEO and their deputy then interview the candidates and chose the next deputy.
