What does APMP member in good standing mean?

What does APMP "member in good standing" mean?

Any person or group shall qualify and become a member of the Association upon payment of the membership dues for the appropriate membership category. Each member or group shall remain a member in good standing for as long as the member or group pays the annual membership dues and meets all other qualifications for membership.
