What is the Service Level Agreement for the APMP UK help centre?

When submitting a help centre request, be sure to select the priority that corresponds with the nature of your request. You will receive an automated reply from support@apmpuk.co.uk confirming receipt of your request and next steps.
APMP UK is a 100% volunteer-led and operated organisation. We offer our members the following Service Level Agreement (SLA) on a reasonable best efforts basis. 
All timings are based on APMP UK's business hours (09:30 - 17:00, Monday to Friday).
