Can I skip APMP Foundation certification? I have over 5 years of experience

No. The core certification programme must be completed in order. The Foundation certification tests your knowledge of APMP best practice, while Practitioner certification tests your understanding of how to use that best practice. The Professional certification confirms that you have used your knowledge and understanding to make a significant contribution to an organisation, or the profession. The specialist Practitioner certifications, eg: Capture Practitioner, do not require Foundation certification, but it is recommended.
